Blackjack 21 Privacy Policy

At a glance

1. Scope

This policy explains how Blackjack 21, developed by Fırat Yalavuz, handles information on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro. “We” and “the developer” refer to Fırat Yalavuz.

2. Information stored by the app

The app stores gameplay state and preferences locally so your table can continue between launches. This can include:

This information is stored with Apple’s standard local app storage. We do not receive it on a developer server. It remains until you change or reset it, or delete the app. Apple-controlled device backups may retain an app copy according to your backup settings.

The app does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, or camera. It has no developer-operated account system and does not include a developer analytics service.

3. Optional rewarded ads on iPhone and iPad

The iOS and iPadOS versions can offer an optional rewarded ad for virtual chips. The daily House Stake and normal gameplay do not require an ad. The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform (“UMP”) for this feature.

Before UMP or Google Mobile Ads is accessed, the app sets Google’s cookie-consent preference to zero, which forces Google’s Limited Ads mode. UMP can then contact Google at launch to determine which privacy notice or choices apply. The app asks UMP whether ads may be requested before loading an ad. If ads are permitted, the SDK starts and may preload a rewarded ad even if you do not choose to watch it. The app provides an in-app Privacy Options entry point when Google reports that one is required, and discards ad inventory after a privacy-choice change.

According to Google, its Mobile Ads SDK may process:

Every Blackjack 21 ad request is constrained to Google’s Limited Ads mode. The app also disables Google publisher personalization and publisher first-party ID. According to Google, Limited Ads disables personalization and features that require a local identifier. The app does not request permission to access Apple’s advertising identifier through App Tracking Transparency. Google may still use IP addresses to deliver an ad and may process ad, interaction, crash, performance, and diagnostic information. Limited Ads is not a claim that Google processes no data.

Google acts under its own terms and privacy practices. See Google’s Privacy Policy, Google’s iOS data-disclosure guide, and Google’s ad-serving modes.

4. In-app purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment-card number, Apple Account password, billing address, or full purchase profile. The app receives product information, entitlement status, and StoreKit transaction identifiers needed to deliver and restore purchases. Transaction identifiers used for consumable-credit deduplication stay in the app’s local storage.

Apple processes App Store and purchase information under App Store & Privacy and Apple’s Privacy Policy.

5. Support website and messages

You can use the Blackjack 21 support page or email us directly. If you send a request, we receive the name, email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and keep a reasonable record of the support conversation.

The web form is delivered by FormSubmit to the developer’s email inbox. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for up to 30 days. Email providers may retain delivered messages until they are no longer reasonably needed for support, security, or legal recordkeeping. Do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information in a support request. See FormSubmit’s privacy terms.

The policy and support pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical request information under the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

6. Sharing, sale, and international processing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described above: with Google for the optional iOS/iPadOS ad feature, with Apple for App Store and StoreKit services, and with FormSubmit, GitHub, and email providers when you use the support site. These providers may process information in countries other than your own and apply their own retention and legal obligations.

7. Your choices and rights

Privacy rights differ by location and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.

8. Children

Blackjack 21 is a simulated card game and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent information through support should contact us so we can delete it. Advertising-account settings, age rating, consent messages, and ad-request treatment must remain configured consistently with the audience selected for the app.

9. Security

Core gameplay information is kept in the app container rather than on a developer backend. Connections to Apple, Google, GitHub Pages, FormSubmit, and email providers use the protections supplied by those services. No storage or transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the app, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will show the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here before or when the related feature ships.
