Effective 6 September 2026. This policy describes Oscilluma version 1.0.
The app
Oscilluma does not require an account or use a developer-operated backend. The app does not send personal information, usage events, audio or diagnostic reports to the developer. It has no advertising, analytics SDK or cross-app tracking. Visuals are generated on your device.
Local storage
Your settings, current scene, app library state and saved Rooms on Apple Vision Pro are stored in the app's local storage. Purchase access is checked using Apple's verified StoreKit records, with a protected local ownership cache. Oscilluma does not operate its own cloud sync service.
Purchases
Apple processes payments and purchase restoration under its own terms and privacy policy. Oscilluma receives verified purchase status to unlock Pro, not your payment-card details. Purchase and restore requests may connect to Apple's services.
Permissions and audio
Version 1.0 does not record audio, listen to the microphone, discover nearby devices or pair with a phone. There is no developer server that receives your visuals or settings.
Support and this website
If you voluntarily email support, the support mailbox receives your email address, message and attachments. This correspondence is separate from the app and is used to respond to your request. Send only information needed to explain the issue. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable retention requirements. This static website uses GitHub Pages hosting; the host handles web requests under its own privacy policy. This page has no analytics scripts, advertising or contact form.

Uygulama
Oscilluma hesap oluşturmanı gerektirmez ve geliştiricinin işlettiği bir sunucu kullanmaz. Uygulama; kişisel bilgilerini, kullanım olaylarını, sesi veya tanılama raporlarını geliştiriciye göndermez. Reklam, analiz SDK'sı ve uygulamalar arası takip içermez. Görseller cihazında üretilir.
Yerel kayıtlar
Ayarların, açık sahne, uygulama kitaplığı durumu ve Apple Vision Pro'daki Rooms kayıtların uygulamanın yerel alanında saklanır. Pro erişimi Apple'ın doğrulanmış StoreKit kayıtlarıyla kontrol edilir; korumalı bir yerel sahiplik önbelleği kullanılır. Oscilluma'nın kendi bulut eşitleme hizmeti yoktur.
Satın alımlar
Ödemeyi ve satın alımı geri yüklemeyi Apple, kendi koşulları ve gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler. Oscilluma, Pro'yu açmak için doğrulanmış satın alım durumunu alır; kart bilgilerini almaz. Satın alma ve geri yükleme istekleri Apple servislerine bağlanabilir.
İzinler ve ses
1.0 sürümü ses kaydetmez, mikrofonu dinlemez, yakındaki cihazları aramaz ve telefonla eşleşmez. Görsellerini veya ayarlarını alan bir geliştirici sunucusu yoktur.
Destek ve bu web sitesi
İsteğinle destek e-postası gönderirsen e-posta adresin, mesajın ve eklerin destek posta kutusuna ulaşır. Bu yazışma uygulamadan ayrıdır ve talebini yanıtlamak için kullanılır. Yalnızca sorunu açıklamak için gereken bilgileri gönder. Geçerli saklama yükümlülükleri saklı kalmak üzere destek yazışmalarının silinmesini isteyebilirsin. Bu statik site GitHub Pages üzerinde barındırılır; barındırma sağlayıcısı web isteklerini kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler. Sayfada analiz betiği, reklam veya iletişim formu yoktur.
